At SSSR-EduFees (a service by INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), we facilitate secure, online education fee payments. Our role in the refund process is limited to failed transactions. This policy governs refunds for payments made through our platform.
1. Refund Responsibility: Facilitator vs. Institution
- SSSR-EduFees Responsibility: We are only responsible for refunding amounts that were debited from your account but failed to be credited to the Educational Institution due to a technical error on our platform or the payment gateway's side.
- Institution Responsibility: Once a payment is successfully credited to the Educational Institution, any subsequent claims for a refund (e.g., overpayment, course withdrawal, fee dispute) must be made **directly to the Educational Institution** as per their official fee refund policy. SSSR-EduFees cannot process refunds for successful payments.
2. Eligibility for a Platform Refund (Failed Transactions Only)
A transaction is eligible for a refund directly from SSSR-EduFees only if:
- The payment amount was deducted from your bank account/card.
- The transaction status on our platform or with the institution is confirmed as **Failed or Pending**, and the funds were not received by the Educational Institution.
- The refund request is initiated within **15 days** of the transaction date.
3. Platform Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund for a **failed transaction**, please email our support team at support@sssr-edufees.com with the following details:
- Subject line: “Refund Request: Failed Transaction ID [Your_Transaction_ID]”.
- The registered email address and student details used for the payment.
- Proof of deduction (e.g., bank statement or SMS/email confirmation showing the debit).
Upon verification (typically within 48 hours), eligible refunds will be automatically processed. Funds are credited back to the original payment method within **5–7 business days**, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios via Platform
SSSR-EduFees will **not** process a refund for:
- **Successful Payments:** If the payment reached the institution (even if you made an error in the amount or student ID). You must contact the institution.
- **User Error:** Incorrect data entered (invalid student ID, wrong institution selected, wrong fee amount).
- **Service Charges:** The transaction fee charged by SSSR-EduFees (if applicable) is non-refundable, even in cases of successful transaction reversals.
- **External Issues:** Transaction failure due to poor user connectivity, lack of funds, or browser interruption.
5. Changes to This Policy
SSSR-EduFees reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or published prominently on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
